Will it work on my website?
Yes, if you can add an HTML code snippet to your pages. The widget works only on the website address you enter, so no one else can reuse your code.
Can it remember returning visitors?
Yes, if you turn on the Customers module: the chat then recognises a visitor in the same browser. Visitors can choose Forget me on this device at any time.
Will customers know they’re talking to AI?
Yes. Before its first reply, the assistant tells customers they’re chatting with an AI assistant. Anyone who asks for a person is handed to your team.
Do I need a card to start?
No. The 14-day free trial includes up to 100 AI conversations. You add payment details only if you choose a paid plan.
