No. It answers text messages in Direct. Comments, story replies, reactions, photos and voice messages are not answered.
How fast does it reply?
Right away, day or night. Instagram lets businesses reply within 24 hours of the customer’s last message, so after a longer pause the next reply waits until the customer writes again.
Will customers know they’re talking to AI?
Yes. Before its first reply, the assistant tells customers they’re chatting with an AI assistant. Anyone who asks for a person is handed to your team.
