might be wondering.
Can I connect a bot I already have?
Yes. Get its token in @BotFather with /mybots. Aidanto then receives all of the bot’s messages, so turn off any other service that answers through it. One bot connects to one AI employee.
Does it answer in groups or channels?
No. The bot answers private chats with your customers. Group chats and Telegram channels are not answered.
Will customers know they’re talking to AI?
Yes. Before its first reply, the assistant tells customers they’re chatting with an AI assistant. Anyone who asks for a person is handed to your team.
Do I need a card to start?
No. The 14-day free trial includes up to 100 AI conversations. You add payment details only if you choose a paid plan.
