might be wondering.
Can I keep using the WhatsApp Business app?
Yes. Connect a number from the WhatsApp Business app, version 2.24.17 or later, by scanning a QR code. The app keeps working, and a reply you send from it pauses the assistant in that chat. A number without WhatsApp can be connected too; it then works only through Aidanto.
Can it message customers first or send reminders?
No. It replies to customers who write to you. After 24 hours without a message from the customer, WhatsApp allows no reply until they write again, and that applies to your team too.
Will customers know they’re talking to AI?
Yes. Before its first reply, the assistant tells customers they’re chatting with an AI assistant. Anyone who asks for a person is handed to your team.
Do I need a card to start?
