Does it work in Discord or inside our game?
Not yet. It answers on your website chat, by email, in Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger. You can link your chat page from the game or launcher.
Can it check a player’s purchase or license?
Yes, if you connect your API: it looks up purchases or licenses read-only, and only for a player who has confirmed their email.
Will customers know they’re talking to AI?
Yes. Before its first reply, the assistant tells customers they’re chatting with an AI assistant. Anyone who asks for a person is handed to your team.
Do I need a card to start?
No. The 14-day free trial includes up to 100 AI conversations. You add payment details only if you choose a paid plan.
