Not in the chat itself. It links the product page or a payment link, and order requests go to your team with the details.
Does it work with Shopify?
There is no Shopify app yet. You can upload your catalog, connect a product feed such as Google Merchant, or connect your own API.
Will customers know they’re talking to AI?
Yes. Before its first reply, the assistant tells customers they’re chatting with an AI assistant. Anyone who asks for a person is handed to your team.
